What would you rather have later in life, more money or better health? I ask this question to patients that I see who can so easily lean towards putting their health on the back burner because they don’t want to spend the money, time, or effort to prioritize their health or their family’s health for that matter. Over the course of my career I can’t count the number of times people who have lost their health will look at me and say, “I really wish I had done this sooner”, or “I wish I took better care of myself”.
