I love working out. I have been doing it since I was in the 8th grade. Not only does it help shape your body, but it also just as importantly helps shape your mind with character and discipline. By default people always look for the wide and easy path – the path of least resistance, just like a stream of water. It is easy to just simply go through the motions, but gains ONLY happen in life when you push it. Pushing yourself into a state of discomfort and challenge allows you not only to build hard muscle but most importantly hardens your mind that will keep you going when things get tough. The next time you workout push it a bit further, test your toughness. Remember the body will ALWAYS go where the mind tells it too. So push it one more rep and keep building your armor thick!
